Corn & Flower

Corn & Flour Taco was born out of necessity: a necessity to create, a necessity to feed, a necessity for tacos.

During the pandemic of 2020 and 2021, having had to temporarily shut down our fine dining and craft cocktails concepts (Tinderbox Kitchen & Annex Cocktail Lounge), we found ourselves staring, sadly, at a cold, unused kitchen.  Lest we sink into despair, we put on a Rancid album and got to work.

The answer was clear: tacos.  Corn & Flour tortillas are a transport vessel for all that remains good and beautiful in an unpredictable world - a shining, addicting, and euphoria inducing beacon in the darkness.

We want to share this light with you.
